Concepcion Rivera

Concepcion Rivera passed away on September 3, 2024. Connie was a retired NYC education teacher. She was a devoted mother to Rosemary Patriotis (nee Luna), Oscar Luna, and Elizabeth Denny (nee Luna); beloved grandmother of Isabella, Alexander, Evan & Delia.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the Donaldson Funeral Home at 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, Maryland 21113 on Sunday, September 8th, 2024 from 4 pm - 8 pm.

Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church, 1070 Cecil Avenue S, Millersville, Maryland 21108, on Monday, September 9th, 2024 at 1030 am. Interment will follow mass at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, 900 W Central Avenue, Davidsonville, Maryland 21035 at 12:15 pm.
