Claude Devall Shacklett, III of Odenton, MD passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Claude was born on August 30, 1935 in MD and was the son of the late Claude and Marie Shacklett.
Claude enjoyed playing cards with his friends at the senior center, which he considered his second home. He loved fishing, reading westerns and Blues music.
In addition to his parents Claude was preceded in death by his siblings, Catheryn Lewis, James Shacklett, Ronald Shacklett and Geneva Mitchell.
Claude is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Peggy A. Shacklett; one daughter, Toni M. Hydock; three sons, Claude E. Shacklett, Rudolph A. Shacklett and Thomas A. Brown; three grandchildren, Brianna Bernhard, Tia Hydock and Kylie Hydock; a devoted son-in-law Brian Hydock and numerous family members and friends.
