Blondell Ester Lucille (Chapman) Gross

On June 13, 2024, Blondell Ester Lucille Gross (nee Chapman) of Aberdeen went home to be with the Lord.  She was 93.  Beloved wife of the late Albert Gross; loving mother of Katherine L. Randall, Curtin W. Gross (wife Doris), Raymond E. Gross Sr. (wife Sylvia), Rodney T. Gross, Tyrone L. Gross, and Pamela L. Green (husband John) and the late Albert L. Gross (wife Lillian); loving grandmother of 9, great-grandmother of 23, and great-great-grandmother of 1.   She was predeceased by her parents John and Helen Chapman and her siblings Alvin Chapman, John F. Chapman Jr., Velda Johnson, Thelma Anderson, and Mary Frances Butler.

A member of the Church of God in Lothian, she loved the Lord and being a part of her church family.  Blondell loved to cook and to spend time with her family.  She will be remembered for her kind spirit and her sweet and humble nature.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, June 21st at 11:00 AM at the Church of God Lothian, 1228 Marlboro Road, Lothian, MD 20711. Interment at the church cemetery following the service.
