Beverly Ann (Davis) Roe

On Saturday, November 12, 2022, Beverly Roe quietly and peacefully departed this life for a better one with our heavenly Father. She was born in Glen Burnie, MD, to the parents of the late Calvin Davis and Bertha McDowell on July 13, 1938. She is also preceded in death by her late sister Berdella Coates and daughter Marsha Roe.

Beverly attended Bates High School in Annapolis, MD. Upon completing her education, she held various jobs until she found her true calling as a Nursing Assistant at the University of Maryland (formerly North Arundel) Hospital, where she retired after over 20 years of service. Beverly received Christ at an early age. She was a member of New Life Fellowship International Ministries, where she served faithfully. Whether on the phone or sitting by your side, Beverly never got tired of talking about how good God is. She loved the Lord truly and felt He alone was her source of comfort.

She leaves to cherish her beautiful memories: a loving son Robert Roe and wife, Lisa, of Glen Burnie, MD; a loving and devoted daughter Carol Watson & husband; Bernard of Gambrills, MD; one loving brother Clarence McDowell, and wife, Geraldine, of Hartford, CT; five adoring grandchildren, Robert, Jessica, and Timothy Roe, Joshua, and Isaiah Watson, one bonus granddaughter , Nikki West; three great-grandchildren, Xavier Henry, Cassius Watson, Maddison Roe, and three bonus great-grandchildren Carmen, Allegra, and Clifton West. She is also loved by a host of nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
