Audrey L Mcdorman

On July 4th, Audrey L. McDorman passed away peacefully at the age of 78. A longtime resident of Anne Arundel County, Audrey most recently lived in Odenton.  She worked for the Department of Defense in the printing department before retiring. She then worked as a tax preparer for H&R Block and the O’Malley Senior Center.  Audrey had taught Sunday School since the age of 18 at Faith Baptist in Glen Burnie and Lake Shore Baptist in Pasadena.  She enjoyed collecting Angel Christmas ornaments, shore birds, and nativities.  Audrey was an avid reader and also liked playing sudoku.  She is survived by her best friend Leslie K. Young and her granddaughter Lindsay, who was like a niece to her; her niece Sheryl McDorman; her nephews Kevin McDorman and Lee McDorman; and her sister-in-law Bonnie McDorman.  She was predeceased by her parents Elmer Sr. and Charlotte McDorman and her brothers Elmer Jr. and his wife Nancy and Dale McDorman.  Audrey is also survived by many loving cousins and dear friends.
