Asencia Victoria Antunez, 91 years old, resident of Gambrills, MD., died on Thursday, August 25. 2016 at her family house. She was born on May 21, 1925 in Ancash-Peru. Her friends and close family members called her Vicky. She worked on her early ages at various psychiatric nursing facilities in Lima - Peru. She married with Felix Artemio Antunez on December 10th, 1950 on the Santisima Cruz Church of Barranco
Vicky was beloved member of the Virgin of Mercy and Catechumen on Virgin of Pilar Catholic Church, she loved good food and enjoy cooking, and socializing, enjoyed going to church, visit the sick people, plays with the grandkids, and had a wonderful smile that could light up a room. She was a member of St Jude Hospital for several years because she has a lot of compassion for the kids suffering with cancer.
Vicky is survived by her five children: Oscar, Mary, Nancy, Betty and Eric. Vicky also survived by nine grandkids, and five great grandkids, most of whom live in Lima-Peru, and brought great joy to her later years.
