Anna Mary Childers
September 24, 1946 — August 31, 2015
Anna Mary Childers, 68, passed away on Monday August 31, 2015 at her home in Easton. Born on September 24, 1946, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Virginia Kahler. Ann enjoyed spending time with her family and going to as many family outings as she could, especially things to do with her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her childhood friend, Myrna Rodgers, doing puzzles together. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Childers, daughter, Bonnie Hood, and her daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Tom Hickey, two grandchildren, Hannah Hood and Joseph Hickey, one brother, Albert Kahler, and multiple brothers and sisters in-laws, that always treated her like one of their own, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Kitty Meyer and a grandson, Randy Hood.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2015 from 5-6 PM at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1411 Annapolis Rd, Odenton, MD, 21113, followed by a Memorial Service at 6 PM. Burial will be private.
