Ann "Pam" Pamela Hammond

Ann “Pam” Pamela Hammond of Millersville, Maryland passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018. Pam was born on December 30, 1956 in Annapolis, Maryland to Frederick Horwath, Jr. and Marie Therese Horwath.

In addition to her parents Pam is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Timothy A. Hammond; beloved children, Martin A. Hammond, III and his wife, Mary Ellen, and Amanda M. Patterson and her husband, Adam; three siblings, Daniel Horwath, Laura Adcock and Patricia Nashwinter and four cherished grandchildren, Augustus, Gabriel, Allison and Aaron. Pam was preceded in death by her brothers, Frederick Horwath, III and Robert Matthew Horwath.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1411 Annapolis Road Odenton, Maryland 21113 where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 11:00am. Interment services will be private.
