Ann Louisa (Hess) Shattuck

Ann Louisa Shattuck, age 75, passed away surrounded by her family on December 30, 2021. Born October 31, 1946 in St. Louis, MO. She was a loving mother of three, Mike (Serene) Delano, Laurie (John) Arter and Molly Furmage. Ann loved being a Nana to her seven grandchildren, Zach and Matt Arter, Isabelle and Jackson Furmage, Alexander, Sufian and Zayd Delano. She also is survived by her two younger brothers Alan (Linda) Hess of Albuquerque, NM and Lee (Beth Ann) Hess of Mt. Airy, MD. She is preceeded in death by her husband, Bud Shattuck and her parents Albert and Lucy Hess.

Ann enjoyed reading, sewing and crocheting in her free time. She was an active member of Nichols-Bethel United Methodist Church and enjoyed participating in Bible study. She was also a member of The Great Circle Quilting Club of Odenton where she devoted much of her time to creating quilts to donate to various organizations. She will be forever loved and forever remembered by her family and many friends.

Visitation and Committal services are listed below. The visitation will also be live streamed during the 2-4 visitation and available for 90 days.Those wishing to honor her life can dedicate a donation in her name to The American Cancer Society.
