Agnes Delores Miller

Agnes Delores Mitchell Miller was born on October 9, 1945 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Irene Robinson and Elijah Gillyard.  She was the eldest of six children. She married James Miller, Sr. on October 2, 1965, and three children were born of this union.

She had a successful career as a nurse, tax advisor and accountant.  Delores professed her life to Christ at an early age. She was later ordained an Elder. For many years, she was a member of Mt. Zion Pentecostal Church in Philadelphia, PA. Delores traveled to several locations, and served in the church faithfully with her husband, while he was on military duty. She was a member of Open Heaven Apostolic Center in Odenton, MD. Delores was a special friend of Loving Kindness Witness of Christ Church in Trenton, NJ.  She was preceded in death by her four sisters: Zenora, Betty, Theresa, and Paula.

Delores leaves to cherish her memory:  Her loyal and dedicated husband, James; her loving brother, Albert Robinson; her son James Miller, Jr., her daughters Denora Miller and Wanda Miller; grandson: Daniel; granddaughters: Angela, Chastity, Nyssa, Kyla, Maya, Shanda; godson: Andre Williams, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins. Her dearest friend and sister-in-Christ, Pastor Merlene Williams, church family and friends.
