Brian Jesse Mayfield, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and supervisor in the maintenance industry, passed away on November 5, 2024. Born on June 10, 1967, in Winnemucca, Nevada, Brian moved to Maryland in 1985 and eventually relocated to Stewartstown, PA with his wife Christina.
Throughout his life, Brian found joy in simple pleasures, enjoying the company of his family, the thrill of hunting, the peacefulness of camping, and the excitement of vacations and cruises. He was a dedicated fan of the Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles, always cheering on his favorite teams with enthusiasm.
Brian is survived by his loving wife Christina Mayfield, his children Ricky Bawroski, Mark Bawroski, Kimberly Guebin (Guillaume) and Erica Mayfield. Brian is also survived by his cherished granddaughter Savannah Bawroski, his brothers Jeff (Debra) and Gary (Milana) Mayfield, his sisters Robyn Mayfield and Crystal Tuckett (Gary), his mother-in-law Rose Edwards, his father-in-law Richard McLain, and his brothers-in-law James McLain and Wesley McLain. Brian also leaves behind his best friend Don Arndt (Vanessa) and his four legged companions Bubba and Willow.
A celebration of Brian's life will be held on November 23rd at Glyndon Volunteer Fire Department. The celebration will be held at 1:00 pm so family and friends can gather to pay tribute to a man who brought so much love and joy into their lives.
Brian will be remembered for his kindness, his dedication to his family, and his love for life's simple pleasures.
Brian was preceded in death by his beloved parents Chester Mayfield and Virginia Mayfield
