Rebecca Elaine Pawlak, a resident of Ft. Meade, MD, passed away on Thursday, June, 08, 2017 at Ann Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, MD. She was 52. Rebecca was born on June 1, 1965 in Newfoundland, Canada and was the daughter of Ruby Price and the late Pete Price.
Rebecca was a devoted mother and grandmother. She never meet a stranger- she made everyone feel as if they were part of the family. The way her children always gathered all around her on the couch as they watched the Saturday night horror flick. “Becci” was an extraordinary woman; wise, funny, dry-witted, enthusiastic, merry-hearted, feisty, independent, loving...she was all these things.
Along with her mother, Rebecca is survived by her beloved husband, Kenneth G. Pawlak of Ft. Meade, MD; three loving children, Crystal Rich and husband, Travis of Asheboro, NC; Courtni and Cameron Pawlak of Ft. Meade, MD; caring sister, Shirley Price; devoted brothers, Steve Price of Douglasville, GA, Carl Price, Douglasville, GA; two cherished grandchildren, Abigail and Deserae Rich of Asheboro, GA; loving friend, Robert Signer.
A Memorial Service will be held in Douglasville, GA on June 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Calvary Church of God, 7551 W. Strickland St., Douglasville, GA 30134.
