“There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone, the light remains” Megan is one of those people. I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with her for the last 3 years. In particular, last year, we worked very closely, talking or texting on a weekly basis about a student we shared. I didn’t know she was a Disney fan, but Megan had an inner beauty that would compare to one of the Disney Princesses…Snow White: sweet and gentle, kind and caring, soft-spoken, calming and peaceful and had a knack of making you feel special! She was a Terrific Teacher with a wonderful smile, a joy to work with and a real gift to her students!
Megan…you touched my life and I will miss you. Sending prayers for comfort and strength.
My heartfelt condolences to Megan’s family and friends.

Megan was my son's teacher during his final year at MSB. My son and I feel ever fortunate to have had the gift of Megan's spirited and kind influence. Her dedication to each of her students was evident and her enthusiasm for teaching seemed tireless.
Our deepest sympathies go out to Megan's family and our thoughts and prayers are with you. May God give you the peace and comfort you seek.

There are no words to express how truly sad and heartbroken I am feeling. Megan was truly one of the nicest, kindest, most genuine people I have ever met. I always looked forward to running into her. Literally, she became my running mentor and was always so encouraging and supportive. Megan always checked in with me afterwards to see how I was feeling and to tell me I did great. I know that I am not the only one that feels this way; Megan will be missed by everyone that knew her and we are all a better person for having had her in our lives.

There are not enough words to express how very sorry I was and am to hear about sweet Megan. I wish I could be there for you to lend an extra shoulder to lean on or extra hand to hold if needed.
She was a beautiful sweet, selfless young woman who will be dearly missed. It is because of her sweetness, selflessness and her love of the school that I thought i would make a donation to the school she loved in her honor in lieu of sending flowers.
Sending all my Love and Prayers your way!

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Megan in her classroom as i worked as a one to one with JJ who was her student (Deafblind). Megan was very kind, loving to everyone around her. She would try her best to communicate with JJ in sign language whether she could could get a word or two out, JJ would laugh and smile just because she talked to him, he asked for her every morning until the day he graduated. Megan and I were redskin fans, peeps lovers, She brought a smile to anyone who enter her room. She will be sorely missed by all she has influence.
My deepest sympathy to the family of Ms. Megan.

My deepest sympathy is extended to the Dasovich family at this difficult time. Megan and I started working at MSB on the same day and began a week long training session together. We were strangers at the beginning of the week and became friends by the end of the week. Her smile, laugh, enthusiasm for life and kind spirit will be missed. I am so thankful that our paths brought us both to MSB as she has made me a better person. Megan, when I gaze at the stars, I will look for stars shaped like Disney characters and Minions and think of you. Rest in peace xoxo

My deepest sympathies are with Megan's family and friends. My son Brandon was one of Megan's students at the Maryland School for the Blind. He graduated in 2016. She was wonderful with Brandon and with his parents as well. She was so very interested in helping to get Brandon to be the very best he can be. What more can a parent ask from a teacher? I know she touched Brandon's life in a very positive way and for that I am very thankful. I so very saddened by her loss. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. May God be with you and help to comfort you. Megan, thank you for all you did for Brandon and all your students. I know you are a special angel for all of them now.
