My sincere condolences go out to the Manley family. He touched the lives of so many in his life on earth. May your faith console your loss and your memories bring you happiness during your time of grief. I grew up in Cheverly, MD and knew Bill, Jerry and Theresa. It is always hard to lose your loved one, but he will be waiting in Heaven for you.
