Donald Collins Fox passed away peacefully on January 27, 2019. Born December 19, 1931 in Bridgeton, New Jersey, to Donald and Dorothy Fox. He grew up in Salem N.J. and graduated from Salem High School. A veteran of the US Air Force he was awarded the Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, and National Defense Service Medal. Don went on to serve his country with distinguished service in the U.S. government for many years, and during that time he met his wife, Eileen Lynn Fox. Don spent the last forty years in Odenton, Maryland and was an active and dedicated volunteer in the community. Don was a loving Pop Pop to his granddaughter, Angela Rae Fox, where they shared a home and life together, and caring for their many pets. Don is predeceased by his wife, Eileen (Lynn) Fox, his daughter, Donna Rae Fox, and grandson, Jaxson, and his sister, Doris (Fox) Hope. Don is survived and will be dearly missed by his granddaughter, Angela Rae Fox, his sister, Lois (Fox) Drake, Jessi Ann (Fox) Nobles, and extended family and friends.
Don's life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Feb. 2, 2019, at our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church, Millersville, MD followed by a reception at the church.
