Willard Voisine

Willard Voisine, a resident of Severn, MD, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center, Glen Burnie, MD. He was 92. Willard was born in Fort
Kent, Maine on December 27, 1928 and was the son of the late Paul P. Voisine and Olive (neeLevesque) Voisine.

He was one of 12 children. The family heritage is Canadian French, living the agricultural self subsistence of potato farmers. He attended one room school houses and was Salutatorian of his graduating class. He served in the US Army in the Korean War where he was a paratrooper as well as member of the Medic Corps. He attended TV repair school in California before returning to Connecticut. There he met Georgette Beaulieu and they were married in 1956. Most of his career was in purchasing for retail store chains of major national and international building consortiums. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and a devout Catholic.

Willard is survived by his four children, Cynthia M. Voisine, Suzanne Voisine Campbell ( Donald A. Campbell), Daniel G. Voisine, and David P. Voisine (Kellie Voisine). He leaves behind siblings Doris Carrier, Delcy Voisine, Joella Paradis and Reed Voisine (Marilyn Voisine) as well as six grandchildren, Rachel Acker, Cambria Moyer, Dylan Campbell, Scott Campbell, Devon Voisine and Hunter Voisine. Willard is preceded in death by his wife, Georgette and other relatives as well as his first grandchild, Cambria Acker Moyer. In addition, he has 3 great - grandchildren, Anthony Moyer, Phoenix Rowlette and Laila Rowlette.

The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD 21113  on Monday, November 1, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1283 Odenton Road, Odenton. MD 21113 at 11:30 am.  Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie, MD.
