Bill you were a very special person. You were warm, genuine, patient, loving and caring. I could go on forever with adjectives describing the kind of person you were towards everyone. I know that every person that came in contact with you came away a better person. You did so much for everyone. I want to thank you for all the help you gave my kids. I want to tell you that the love you showed Roni was amazing to watch and be around. You will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all. Roni I will always be here for you. You are the best sister and I love you.

My deepest sympathies to the Brilvitch family for the sudden loss of Bill. I had the pleasure of serving two tours of duty with Bill (Scotland/Maryland) and he was one of the finest I have ever served with. Bill was a top notch Chief Petty Officer and one of the finest analyst in the community. When you are part of a watch section as we were in Scotland, you form a special bond that one never forgets. I crossed paths with Bill a couple of months ago in the commissary and topic of discussion was an analysis of how the Mets and my Red Sox were going to do for the upcoming baseball season. Fair winds and following seas Shipmate!! You will be missed.

My thoughts are with this gentle man's family in this time of loss. He was a good man and the passion and duty to his country and his family was remarkable.

Our sympathy to Bill's family. I smile every time I think of Bill and his many Doughboy ties. His ties were such a conversation starter even at boring meetings or training. May your memories remain close to your hearts. Fair Winds and Following Seas, Shipmate!

I served directly with Bill during my twilight tour at CNSG. He was a great guy to work with, very funny, genuinely friendly, and truly competent. I am very saddened and shocked to learn of his untimely passing, and my thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. God bless.

When Bill took his 4th Degree, he took it to join Bishop Michael J. Curley Assembly # 383 in the Archdiocese of Washington District. As a Sir Knight, he transferred to the Maryland District. My wife Debbie and I have been attendees at your families' Summer Open House 2 or 3 times. He will be missed, even though he is now resting in Our Lord's bosom. Our sincere Condolences.

Words can't begin to express the sympathy i feel on the untimely death of your beloved husband, father, brother, and friend. Bill will be missed by everyone that knew him.

I hope the expressions of sympathy that you must be receiving from everyone provide some consolation to you. Hopefully, knowing how much Bill was loved will give you a measure of comfort. I can still recall many of the wonderful stories and his sense of humor and how he made me laugh. He often spoke of the things he did with his family, church and Boy Scouts. I'm sure he inspired many with his positive attitude and encouragement.

I hope you and your family can find peace in the beautiful memories that you have of him. Bill will always be in your heart.

May God bless you and your wonderful family.
