William Henry Middleton, Jr.

William Henry Middleton Jr., of Severn, Maryland, departed this life on July 16th, 2018. Born on January 16, 1931, in Port Royal South Carolina. He was reared by his late parents William Henry Middleton Sr., and Matilda Snipe, in Beaufort, South Carolina.  Married to his late wife Laverne for 45 years, Williams leaves to mourn his siblings, Cassie, Mary and Ben, daughter Iris, grandchildren, Nia, Antonio, and Lakeila, and great-grandchildren, Mariah and Mercedes, and a host of friends and associates.  William was affectionately knows as "Skinny" and "Snake" by his friends. A career soldier, having served in the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War, he received numerous decorations, commendations, and medals.  "Snake" was known for his many quick responses "Snakeisms". Humorous anecdotes for any social or anti-social conversations.

A true friend and confidant, William Henry (Snake) Middleton will be sorely missed by those who were blessed to have known him.
