Ken and Joann, Tobi and I send you and her immediate family our deepest sympathies and condolences. I know this time is bitter-sweet, in that her family and friends will miss her, but also she is in the presence of the Lord himself. "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Neither has it entered into the hearts of mankind the things God has prepared for those who love Him." We are praying for you all. Love in Christ, Dave and Tobi.

Steven, Andrew, and Matthew - I'm so sorry for your loss. My sympathy to the rest of her extended family and friends left behind. There are never any good words for these situations. Nothing fixes the pain and hole left.

Let me share that I scrapbooked with Michelle at Lisa Smith's for years, when we met. I have watch the boys grow up, the pool projects, several different Disney vacations, Disney purses, and other various family events through her scrapbooking. Later, I would see Michelle at the Waugh Chapel Elementary School Holiday Fair. Serving lunch. We'd catch up and share how our kids had grown. They did not do the fair last year. I'm so sad for this now for it was our annual catch up time. I loved the stories about you three. How her face lite up when she shared them. How she planned the Disney vacations. How you knew, no matter what, you three were the cornerstones of her life.

Michelle is kind and generous. My husband and I were stationed here in MD without friends and family and for the first several years here, Michelle was part of the group that made it like home. When I was expecting, they threw an awesome baby shower, knowing that there were very few people here to do that for us. Michelle and the rest of the group made sure we had what we really needed to have a baby. Michelle has had the chance to see Sarah Grace grow through the years.

We are blessed to have had Michelle in our lives, My life was definitely richer because of her. I hope the scrapbooks she worked hard will help you through these rough times and forever to remember just how much she loved you all.

Linda, Jeff, and Sarah Grace Caler

My mother died of cancer three years ago and I can empathize with your sorrow and feelings of loss. Please know that God can bring you peace you never knew existed, as He did with our family. My Dear Friend Michelle,

I will always cherish the many memories that our families shared together. I will forever be grateful for our friendship. When others faded away you were always there for me.

Our last conversation will be a reminder to me to never give up the fight just because the odds are not in my favor. I know only to well how badly you wanted that miracle that you prayed for. I wanted it for you as well.

May you find peace in God's Kingdom knowing that your legacy will be kept alive in each of us. May God also give your family the strength they need in this time of sorrow.

Godspeed Michelle...until we meet again.

Love always,
Lisa (and Todd, Matt, Noah)
