I cannot express how sad I was to hear of Lauren's passing. I am so happy that our paths had crossed.. I can still recall the day we met in the waiting room at Hopkins. Her smile and joy even in the face or illness could light up a room. She made the visits there so much more tolerable. We even looked forward to days that we both were there so we could visit with each other. It is that smile and joy that i will always remember. My heart breaks for all those that love her and are left behind. Especially her children. They now have a very special angel watching over them.
